Yellen cautions against being overly-optimistic before raising interest rates

Federal Reserve chairwoman Janet Yellen told a Senate hearing Tuesday that the Fed remains on course to end a stimulus program of monthly bond purchases in October. But, she gave no indication of when the central bank might begin raising a key short-term interest rate.
