What do we know about the fatal shooting of Chicago teen?
Dashboard camera footage released by the Chicago Police Department Tuesday showed Officer Jason Van Dyke shooting black teenager Laquan McDonald 16 times. Police had been called to the scene after reports emerged that McDonald punctured a police cruiser tire. Now, Van Dyke has been charged with first-degree murder. Judy Woodruff reports.
