Commission OKs seven medical marijuana dispensaries to sell, 34 other conditional licenses
Seventeen months after voters overwhelmingly approved legalizing marijuana in New Jersey, sales are set to begin within a matter of weeks. The state’s Cannabis Regulatory Commission on Monday approved seven medical marijuana dispensaries for adult-use sales. The locations, also known as Alternative Treatment Centers, will be the first sites to sell recreational cannabis.
